An update on Oliver

Oliver has turned one month old few days ago. He lost 6 ounces in his first two weeks of life but put up an amazing 2 lbs 6 oz in the last 2 weeks and he now weights 7lbs 10 oz. His head is a lot bigger than before. It used to be smaller than the size of my palm and now it is bigger. He has put up some fat on his cheek, his arm and his thigh. Elvis used to call him Monkey Chan but now Oliver becomes Chubby Chan. His length also increased from 45 cm to 52 cm.

So far Oliver has been a very good baby. He cries only when he is hungry and he grunts when he is trying to fart or poop. When he sleeps, he likes to raise either one or both of his arms. Sometimes, he puts his two palms in front of his nose while he sleeps. When he stretches, he likes to hold his fists tight and raises both of of them, just like how superman flies and therefore superman is also one of his many nicknames. Oliver also like to grab or hold on to things while he is trying to fall asleep. He has very strong grip for a baby. Hopefully, Oliver can hold on to a badminton racquet soon. Oliver also likes to pee while Elvis and mom change his diaper. In the last two weeks, Elvis got sprayed 3 times already. He never poop all at once. He usually poops right after we change his diaper, making us work extra hard.
